Choose Peace

The channeled wisdom presented here is an offering. Each meditation is written exactly as it is given to me. May you find truth, healing, or help in their energy. As always, follow your heart.

You seek peace as if it weren’t right in front of you, as if it weren’t right within you. Peace is not external to you. It’s not in a drink, or a potion, or anything that you ingest. It’s not in a situation.

It is a remembrance. It is built into your DNA—both physical and spiritual DNA. It is who or what you are meant to be. It coexists with love. It is a different side of love.

Peace comes before and after love. Love is the vehicle, the container. And peace borders it. It shadows it. It lifts it up. It is a bedrock for it.

And peace is available to you at all times if you choose it. If you forget about it, or you turn away from it, then you will forget that you have it. But you can exist in it at all times, including this time, which you feel is stressful or trying. The peace is right there.

Remember who you are. Remember why you came here. Remember that everything is always taken care of. Everything is seen. Nothing is unseen. There is no eye turned. There is no accident that happens.

Everything is planned, and you are aware, on a deep level, of why, and who, and where, and when. And it’s all for a much bigger and deeper purpose.

Your current situation is no different. Each unique situation that comes up, don’t convince yourself that it is something unique in that it doesn’t fit the rules of the game, that it doesn’t serve the greater purpose of your soul, of the Earth, and of the great soul-body of God.

These rules always apply. And love flows through all of it. It’s all done in the name of love—you for yourself, and God for you, you for God, you for others, others for you, others for God. It’s all love flowing back and forth.

You can choose to find it. You can seek it out. You can sit with it—be friends with it. Or you can forget it. And you look around panicked, like it’s not there, like it’s not available to you.

Don’t seek it outside you. Don’t say that you will be peaceful once the situation has resolved, or once you have something in your hand, or once you are able to do something you want to do.

That is forgetting that you have it. That is a false assumption. That creates a scarcity or a lack of something that is abundant within you. Just choose to be peaceful. Choose to be in love. Rest in loving knowing that all is perfect.

It’s easier said than done because humans get scared. Look at your fears realistically. Look at what they come down to. Look at the survival instinct that it triggers in the human—feel your heart race, blood pressure raise, your stomach turn. All of these are your body physically telling you that you need to survive, you need to run, you need to hide.

That feeling is deep. It’s ingrained in the body to survive, but it’s not ingrained in the spirit. You need to decode those messages. You need to unpack them and realize that the body is not wrong. The body has learned to react to what the brain is thinking.

The brain is interpreting events around you—that you won’t have what you need, that you’re not safe, that you’re not loved, that you’ll be rejected, or isolated, or out in the cold, that you’ll be left to die, essentially. And that makes the brain afraid, which then makes the body afraid.

If you tap into the deepest wisdom of the body, you will feel peace. If you tap into the deepest wisdom of the Earth, you will feel peace. These are spiritual in nature. If you tap into the deepest wisdom of your spirit, you will feel peace because all is taken care of, all is right in this moment.

Look at the fears realistically. They’re all about survival. Let them go. Realize that you will survive here. You will thrive. You will be in abundance—it’s your right. That’s why you came here.

And when you decide to go, you will go. It won’t be taken from you. That will be a decision that you make. So you don’t need to fear death. And you don’t need to have these surrogates for fears for death or survival. You just need to understand the peace that you are alive—that you are living.

This is the paradox of the human being. It is being alive, but being scared of death. Being eternal, but feeling mortal. Being terrified, but being elated and excited. Being in fear, but being in love.

You feel pulled in these directions. You feel off your center, but you’re not. At your deepest core, at your center, you are God. You are light. You are pure love incarnate. Don’t forget those lessons. You couldn’t be anything but that.

All the events that are circling around you at any time are all telling you the same thing: pay attention to me, be afraid, get distracted, forget why you’re here, forget what you know.

And they’re all practice. The lessons get harder. The weights get higher. The endurance takes more because you’re growing. You’re stretching. You want to be that way. You want to train. You want to expand. You want to enlighten.

In doing that, you’re more capable and you take on harder lessons, so it seems bigger, and scarier, and more insurmountable. But soon you realize to laugh with curiosity, with a curious mind, with a curious heart—to chuckle in amazement at the magic, to point out the silly disguised fears dancing around, trying to distract you and making you afraid.

You’ll laugh from your belly with joy, seeing how it’s expecting a reaction of fear, but not getting it. That’s when you know you have energy mastery. That’s when you know you’re ready for the next lesson. And that’s when you know you’re really ready to thrive in love.

Choose that lesson now. Choose that moment now. Don’t wait for it to come. Take all this that’s going on around you and really put it into place, really put it into practice.

Really dive into joy and the precious moments that are right in front of you—the real meaning of why you came—to connect with people in love, to have everything you need, to be one with nature, to be of this Earth and of the heavens—the walking, living paradox, the beautiful disaster that is the human being, the graceful spirit, the loving body of Christ, of God, Christ consciousness, which is unity in God, which is seeing yourself in God, which is having direct access to God through the self and through the cosmos, peering both inward and outward simultaneously.

This is what you came to prove to yourself, not to anybody else. You can do that today, in this very moment, if you so choose. Amen.
