The channeled wisdom presented here is an offering. Each meditation is written exactly as it is given to me. May you find truth, healing, or help in their energy. As always, follow your heart.
Be in the day. Ask for help if you need it. Be in the day. Be in the moment.
Time is an illusion. Don’t get caught in time. The illusion of time refers to the fact that humans are told they’re on the clock—that there is a future, that time is going by, that time could be wasted. That’s actually not true. In fact, your life is timeless.
When you exist in time, you feel rushed, you feel behind, you feel late, you feel like you’re missing something. When you exist outside the confines of time, all of that goes away. The moment stands still until it is ever present.
In that version of time, where you float above it, there is no past to dwell on and feel guilty about. There’s no future to feel anxious about. There is no ‘late’. There is no ‘too early’. There is no ‘not enough time’. You’re always taken care of and given what you need in the current moment.
In order to opt out of time, it takes active listening. It takes patient attentiveness. It takes practice. It takes waiting, not rushing—being more still, being more quiet. There’s an unlearning because you’ve been taught about time since you were little. This agreement of time is part of the agreement of the cycle of life and death—of the body failing, of the temporary nature of your visit to Earth.
So it’s an agreement that everyone has made—the collective rules agreed upon to be on Earth, Time and space are two of the major ones, and they are linked. To occupy space, you must occupy time in some senses of the word. In other words, space, physical space, is temporary. It is limited. It is not limitless. It is a constraint that infinite potential puts itself into, crams itself into, wiggles into, in order to experience something new, in order to experience lack, or to do without something—to control one variable and explore another.
This isn’t wrong. This is just an active choice. In fact, you can opt out of that choice, yourself, at any moment by opting out of time, or opting out of space, or opting out of life here on Earth.
But controlling the collective narrative is different. Each soul is sovereign, each with free will. It’s not your job to convince seven billion souls that there is no time. It’s just your job to exist in the present moment if you so choose.
If you want to be in the confines of time, by all means go about your business. But if you want to opt out—if you want to slow down and float above it, if you want to experience timelessness, or spaciousness, rather spacelessness, if you want to transcend those constraints, those concepts—you can choose that. You just need to mindfully be aware of what you’re doing and why.
Experiment and play around, but do everything in love, and in peace, and in order to connect to others in unity. That is all for now.
Amen.
